[Cookbook] Update

Just wanted to let everyone know that once again I'm finding my desire to
proceed with this project waning. The 2 people I was counting on to assist
with the idea have vanished and Alton Brown appears to be too darned busy to
participate. 

So unless I can conjure another food/recipe tester, a graphic artist and a
celebrity chef, I'm thinking this idea is once again on hold. for now.
