[Cookbook] Update (sorta)

Just wanted to let everyone know the reason for the lack of movement on
this project is because I've been down for the count with a killer case
of bronchitis for the last 10 days.

 

It'll be like this, from time to time, where activity will occur and
then days/weeks of nothing. Nature of how this all fits into our lives I
guess. But rest assured I will pick the ball up as soon as I drag my ass
out of bed.
